A Happy Home
After storm, flight, and the long grey miles of the High Moor, the company has found brief refuge.
The hearth of Thom and Ellyn’s cottage has offered warmth, food, and something rarer than either — a night without fear and one filled with laughter and comfort. But the moor does not hold its peace for long.
To the south-southwest lies a small settlement without a name. A handful of houses. An inn that serves as store, meeting place, and the nearest thing to civilisation for many miles.
Beyond it, the land rises toward the broken silhouette of Dragonspear.
Between the hamlet and the ruined fortress, the High Moor changes. The ground there is older, marked by low earthen mounds and weathered stone.
